graphlan software package provides circular representations of taxonomic and phylogenetic trees, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install graphlan
graphlan is installed in your system.
Make ensure the graphlan package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep graphlan *
You will get with graphlan package name, version, architecture and description in a table
